Storage and Usage Notes

Storage Requirements

• Storage Environment: Temperature controlled at 18-25℃, relative humidity 50%-60%, avoid dampness and direct sunlight;
• Stacking Method: Store rolls vertically to avoid deformation caused by extrusion, stacking height ≤1.5 meters;
• Shelf Life: 60 months from the date of production under unopened condition.

Usage Notes

1. Place the paper in the usage environment 24 hours in advance before cutting to adapt to temperature and humidity and reduce deformation;
2. Use neutral glue for adhesion to avoid paper corrosion and service life reduction caused by acidic glue;
3. Adjust temperature (100-120℃ recommended) and pressure according to paper weight for gold stamping/embossing processes to prevent paper damage;
4. Store finished products in a dry and dark environment as well, avoiding prolonged contact with oil stains and water stains.

1. If there are quality problems such as inconsistent paper weight, excessive color deviation or damage after product arrival, please contact customer service within 7 working days and provide relevant certificates for return or exchange;
2. Product problems caused by improper storage or incorrect processing technology by customers are not covered by after-sales service;
3. Customization requirements (such as special sizes and custom color matching) are supported. For customized products, order contracts must be confirmed in advance, and no return or exchange is allowed for non-quality problems after ordering.
